ENGLISH SPRINGER RESCUE AMERICA UPPER MIDWEST CHAPTER
We are a regional chapter of English Springer Rescue America, Inc., a referral and foster care purebred placement organization and a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. We provide foster care to Springers relinquished by their guardians or impounded by humane societies, private shelters, and animal control facilities nationwide, as well as to offer adoption referral services for those agencies. The Upper Midwest chapter serves the areas of Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin & Nebraska.
Nationally, in 2010, ESRA assissted 1836 Springer Spaniels. In the Upper Midwest, we assisted 150 Springers alone.
